1. Overview

NeonSign("the Service") is an AI assistant that helps you create and improve listings, photos and keywords for your own online shop. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account and your shop

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The Service operates only on shops and content you own or are authorized to manage. You must not use the Service to access, copy, or process content belonging to other sellers without authorization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • scrape, harvest, or replicate other sellers' listings or images;
  • send messages or notifications to buyers;
  • violate the terms or policies of any platform you connect;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
  • attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. AI-generated content

The Service produces suggestions — titles, descriptions, tags, images and keyword ideas. You review and decide what to publish. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish is accurate and complies with the rules of the platforms you sell on.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. The demo and free tier are provided as-is. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

6. Third-party platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. If we ever discover that data accessed through a connected platform has been or may have been compromised, we will notify the affected seller and the platform without undue delay and, for Etsy, within 24 hours of discovery. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeonSign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Disclaimer: this Application is solely provided by NeonSign(the "Application Developer"). You acknowledge that Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not the Application Developer, do not provide the Application service, and make no warranties of any kind with respect to the Application or data accessed through it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
